3. Cancellations received in writing 30 days before the event will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
4. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
5. Substitutions may be made at any time with written notice to the organizers.
6. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, venue, or speakers if necessary.
7. Personal data collected will be used for event administration and communication purposes only.
8. By registering, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event for promotional purposes.
9. The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event.
10. All payments are processed securely through SenangPay. Your payment information is encrypted and secure.
11. Additional terms for accommodation: Room sharing is subject to availability.
12. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.
13. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
14. Special dietary requirements must be notified at least 7 days before the event.
15. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without providing a reason.
16. All disputes are subject to Malaysian law and jurisdiction.
17. By registering, you agree to receive communication regarding this event.
18. Promotional materials may be shared with event partners.
19. Force majeure: The organizer is not liable for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
